In 1997 Rod Repton, a recently retired Detective Chief Inspector set up Repton Training & Security, initially as a training and investigation company, to meet the needs of local business.

The Company quickly expanded into both the Manned Guarding and Door Supervision sectors, where the professionalism of the Company and staff set it aside from the competition.

Repton Security Limited was formed in 2004, with fellow director and partner, Steve Rimmington, also a retired Police Officer, coming on board. From there, the Company has grown and evolved into the force it is today.

With a highly flexible and reliable staff, the Company is able to deliver a quality Security Service in every sector of the Security Industry, whether individually or with our trusted partner companies.
